Dino Cazares, co-founder of Fear Factory and Brujeria, has once again taken metal to a new level. Divine Heresy has borrowed few elements of each of Cazares’ previous projects, yet still delivers a diverse and original product. Intense and brutal from start to finish, Cazares and drummer Tim Yeung showcase some ungodly talented rhythmic, machine-like interplay. It has to be heard to be believed. You know a true veteran band by its song structures. The songs are so fast and so tight it’s astonishing at times. Just try to keep up with the double bass — I dare ya!
