On Saturday, at a Warner Bros. panel, director Zack Snyder announced that the studio will be releasing a film in 2015 that teams Superman and Batman. Henry Cavill, the star of Man of Steel, will reprise the role of Superman.

No casting for Batman was mentioned, but Snyder teased that Batman’s relationship with Superman in Frank Miller’s 1980s comic The Dark Knight Returns will inform aspects of Man of Steel 2. (via USA Today, Reddit)
