This fall, a new horror comedy will be released starring Ken Marino (“The State,” “Childrens Hospital,” “Party Down”), Stephen Root (“King of the Hill,” Office Space), Gillian Jacobs, and Patrick Warburton. Bad Milo is centered on Ken (Marino), who learns that his unusual stomach problems are being caused by a demon (that looks kind of like the “Not the Mama” baby from “Dinosaurs”) living in his intestines. One look at the trailer and it seems reminiscent of gory horror flicks such as Dead Alive and Basket Case.

Also, in other Ken Marino-related news, he and Fox are teaming up to develop a comedy based on Sam and Mariah Calagione, the husband-and-wife team behind Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Delaware. Deadline Hollywood reports that the single-camera comedy will be created by married actor/writers Marino and Erica Oyama. Marino is set to star and Sam Calagione is on board as a story and technical consultant.
