On September 28, 2013, “Saturday Night Live” will return to the air for its 39th season, and its host will be former cast member and writer Tina Fey. Arcade Fire will also be on-hand as the first musical guest of the new season. The band last appeared on the show during the season 37 finale, performing with Mick Jagger and Foo Fighters.

Following Fey and Arcade Fire, Miley Cyrus (who recently created a mini-scandal at the MTV Music Awards) will be the host/musical act on October 5th, followed by Bruce Willis and Katy Perry. (via NYT)
