This is the first full-length from The Warren Commission, and is a pleasant follow-up to their 1999 CDEP, Rendezvous With You. This album features 13 remarkable, indie rock “musical vignettes,” each with a tone and equivocal story line all it’s own — I particularly like track two, the beautifully bittersweet, “Minute Murder.” Put Autoclave and The Rocking Horse Winner in a blender, and pour yourself a glass of The Warren Commission.
