Soundgarden‘s first new album in 16 years, King Animal, is out today, and during last night’s broadcast of “Late Show With David Letterman,” the band performed their new single “Been Away Too Long.” Additionally, the band also played an hour-long online-only “Live on Letterman” show. The 10-song set mixed in several ’80s and ’90s tracks, including “Fell on Black Days” and “Beyond the Wheel,” in addition to a slew of new material.
