American icon and wilderness safety spokesbear Smokey Bear stopped by “The Daily Show” recently to talk about the shutdown with Jon Stewart. Doesn’t sound like Smokey’s doing too much better than the other hundreds of thousands of workers put on unpaid furlough. Responding to Stewart’s question as to whether the shutdown has been hard for him, Smokey responds, “Do I shit in the woods?”
