Shonen Knife have been the most internationally recognized name in Japanese rock music since their entrance onto the alternative rock scene in the early ’90s. 2011 marks the 30th year of the band, and to celebrate they will be releasing Osaka Ramones: A Tribute to the Ramones on July 19th via Good Charamel Records.
