Premiering today on VerbicideMagazine.com is the new music video from Restorations for their track “D,” featured on their newest album LP2. The album was released in April on Side One Dummy Records as the follow-up to their self-titled album from 2011.

The band worked with director Mitchell Wojcik, who Restorations vocalist and guitarist Jon Loudon called “one of my favorite artists in our little bubble of bands. I was so happy we got to get together to work on this,” continued Loudon. “When we were talking about concepts, Mitch suggested making it look like an old Fugazi bootleg. I really love how it turned out.”

“Before working on this video, I spoke heavily with Jon about his influences in music and just bands he enjoyed in general,” said Wojcik. “Through those conversations, we found videos we loved, and looked to the way Fugazi’s Instrument and Nirvana’s Live! Tonight! Sold out! looked and felt. They were home movies, and quite personal. I just wanted everything to feel like it could belong anywhere and to anyone, so I made a home movie.”

The video can be streamed below.
