Paul M. Davis has announced the debut of his new podcast Radio Free Ruin, a radical talk show about tech, culture, comedy, and politics.

The weekly podcast will focus on the most interesting under-reported news of the past seven days, as well as conversation with activists, writers, leading thinkers, comedians, artists, and musicians about any number of burning topics and current events.

In the first episode, “We’re An American Band (2012)”, Davis speaks with Cooper McBean of the Devil Makes Three about how tech and the internet have transformed the life of independent musicians, and Dr. Chanda Prescod-Weinstein chats about the U.S. Military’s Cylon army, Bradley Manning, Stuff White Girls Say To Black Girls, why science is the 99%, and lesbian Bigfoot hunters.
