A decade ago, Dave Chappelle spoofed Prince in a hilarious sketch on “Chappelle’s Show.” Apparently, it made an impression with the artist formerly known as  TAFKAP, because his new single, “Breakfast Can Wait,” features Dave Chappelle in his Prince outfit on the cover, holding  a plate of pancakes.
