The group raised almost $2,000 — it helped that the audience could put down $50 to blindfold the referee. After the first person threw down for that, others jumped on the bandwagon, eager to see the ridiculous antics that go on when a ref isn’t watching. There was breaks in the wrestling for some burlesque — Riveting Rosey and Bananas Foster of local troupe Rock Candy Burlesque performed. After Marie Armtoinette was declared Oly CLAW champion and the arm wrestling ceased, Olympia mainstays C Average played a great set for the tipsy crowd.
