Cincinnati, Ohio’s Phratry Records turned 10 this year and a two-day festival was put on in celebration. Bands from the roster played in three different rooms (often at the same time) of the Southgate House Revival, a venue that resides in an old church in Newport, Kentucky.

The most anticipated set was performed by Cincinnati-based punk band East Arcadia, who had broken a decade prior. The band, at one time on GC Records‘ roster, have since gone on to new projects including the Refused-influenced Arms Exploding and New Third Worlds (a groovier band who also played the Phratry festival). As East Arcadia took the stage on the second and final night, it was apparent that this was what the crowd had patiently waited for.

Despite the nerves one could have from reuniting with old band mates for a one-night all-out crazy time, Nick, Shorty, Jon, Nate and Ryan got up on stage and rocked the party hard.
