On the first episode of Foo Fighters‘ HBO series, Sonic Highways, unreleased footage of Nirvana’s “Heart Shaped Box” music video can be seen: the three band members swap instruments, with Krist Novoselic on drums, Kurt Cobain on bass, and an overexposed Dave Grohl fronting the band. There are other outtakes from the video shoot showing the band with the proper instruments. Watch below.
