Elf Power, who recently released a new album, Sunlight On The Moon, are heading out on a North American tour with the reunited Neutral Milk Hotel, with whom Elf Power did their first big national tour 15 years ago in 1998. Many more headlining shows throughout America and Europe are planned for the fall and spring.
