J. Mascis will be releasing a new album on August 26, 2014 entitled Tied To a Star via Sub Pop. The album, the follow-up to 2011’s Several Shades of Why, features appearances by Ken Maiuri, Pall Jenkins, Mark Mulcahy, and Chan Marshall (Cat Power), who lends her vocals on the latest track,”Wide Awake.” Stream it below.
