Howardian is a New York City-based art rock group fronted by Ian Vanek of Japanther — think BS2000 meets the Cults in a Lo-Fi playground. Definitely reminiscent of chill Japanther tunes.

Ths songs are moody and yet strangely comforting. Definitely worth checking out when the mood is a mellow one.
