FAKE PROBLEMS – How Far Our Bodies Go

They were chosen as “Artist of the Day” and had a cutesy little write-up on the Spin website back in November of 2006. The chick who wrote the review is no doubt a better writer than I’ll ever aspire to be but obviously lacks either an ear for good music or the sensibility to separate the wheat from the chaff. I recently canceled my subscription to Spin because I was tired of all of the mainstream crap they kept shoving in front of me month after month — often claiming that this or that was so fresh and hip — but never really hitting me off with anything new and good. Fake Problems sucks, but Spin wouldn’t know the difference.
