I received this EP the day before that DC Unplugged concert was to air on MTV2, so I’ve been aware of Dashboard for a long time. However, when I put this into my stereo, it was actually the first time I’d heard this guy. I’d really been trying not to hear Dashboard Confessional, and I kinda hoped I’d never have to. I’m really not one to listen to hype, be it positive or negative, but this is every bit as bad as I’d imagined it would be. This is really, really bad. I mean, I get a decent amount of bad music to review per issue, but at least they’re somewhat tolerable for the fact that they’re not being revered by the mainstream. But this…whatever, nothing else needs to be said. Oh well, at least I can sell this piece of shit on eBay.
