On May 31st, Pearl Jam‘s Eddie Vedder will release a solo album entitled Ukulele Songs, consisting entirely of solotracks performed by Vedder on the ukulele. P4k reports that the album will feature a guest appearance by Chan Marshall of Cat Power, who will appear on the track “Tonight You Belong to Me.”

Vedder appeared as a guest vocalist on Cat Power’s 2003 album You Are Free, providing back up on “Good Woman” and “Evolution.”

The album will be released via Pearl Jam’s Monkeywrench Records imprint. The first single “Longing to Belong” is out digitally today.
