Almost two decades after its original 1989-1994 run ended, “The Arsenio Hall Show” is returning to the airwaves. The new version of the show is set to debut this fall, September 9, 2013, late night on CBS.

Leon Knoles has been tapped to serve as director – over the past 20 years, he has directed programs for PBS, TV ONE, Comedy Central, and others, and has worked as a technical director on “American Idol,” “Last Comic Standing,” “BET Honors,” and “Comedy Central Roast.” (via Afropunk)
