Way back in the spring of 2002, we published a story of Ray Bradbury’s in Verbicide issue #5. Unfortunately, we don’t have the rights to reprint the story online, but it was one of his most famous: “All Summer In a Day,” available in about a million anthologies, textbooks, etc. It was a huge honor for a bunch of nobodies to be allowed to reprint the work of a famous (although still under-appreciated) literary giant. Now, less than a week before his 90th birthday, it appears Bradbury is finally getting the recognition he deserves. Honestly, my biggest wish in life is to have a song like this written about me.
