TMZ is reporting that actor Paul Walker, most famous for his roles in The Fast and the Furious films, has died in a car crash at the age of 40.

Walked died on Saturday afternoon, November 30, 2013 in a single-car crash in Santa Clarita, California. According to multiple sources connected to Paul, the actor was in a Porsche when the driver somehow lost control and slammed into a post or a tree, causing the car to burst into flames. Walker and another person in the car were killed; however, it is unknown who was driving.

Walker was in Santa Clarita for a car show to support the Philippines typhoon relief effort, and had been taking friends out for rides in his new Porsche GT. The accident happened during one of those test spins. His death was confirmed by one of his representatives, who stated that he died after leaving the event. (via TMZ)
