All three seven-inches by the first-wave LA punk band The Urinals will be reissued on vinyl on Record Store Day 2013 (April 20th). The albums — the self-titled debut EP, Another EP , and Sex/Go Away Girl — were originally released on the band’s own label, Happy Squid Records. Often described as minimalist “punk haiku,” The Urinals inspired many bands, including the Minutemen, who famously covered their tune “Ack Ack Ack.”

The vinyl will be issued by Superior Viaduct, who, in in March, will also release the vinyl reissue of 100 Flowers’ sole LP (the band whom The Urinals evolved into before returning to their original moniker).
