As previously reported, a new Jimi Hendrix album of unreleased material is set to be released on March 5, 2013. The album, entitled People, Hell And Angels, was recorded in 1968 and 1969.

Today, Spinner is premiering the new version of “Izabella,” a song that Hendrix recorded toward the end of his life. It was recorded in New York City on August 28, 1969, 10 days after Hendrix closed out Woodstock. Click here to listen to the track.
