I remember seeing this band play a few years ago, but I can’t remember much about the show, just that At the Drive-In and The Get-Up Kids also played. After listening to this record I thought to myself, I’d really like to see this band live again. Ultimate Fakebook are a fun band and this is a fun record that’s filled with upbeat and catchy songs. Although it’s a slow ballad much different from the rest of the songs, “Red Elbows” is my favorite track. It will surely find its way on some of my mix tapes.
