The Ataris re-release of  Anywhere But Here is a must-have for any Ataris fan, and a good buy for anyone else. The 21 tracks, plus a bonus track, are very nicely complemented by a few minutes of live footage from a 2002 New Year’s Eve party, where Kris and Jason perform a few of their songs on acoustic. Also, on the enhanced side of this album are pictures, links, and a few other goodies. It may seem to drag on for a bit if you’re not ready to hear 40 minutes straight Ataris, but certain songs like “Hey Kid” thrown in the middle remind me why this album was good to start with.
