M.T. Bearington’s sophomore LP Love Buttons (out April 26th on Safety Meeting Records) is a patchwork collection of love songs, though perhaps not in the conventional sense. Produced by Fuzzy Rainbow Production (Fake Babies, Eula) and Greg Giorgio (Interpol, The National), the 11 tracks contained herein spin tales of tender romances and twisted trysts, all told from the perspectives of real and fictional characters. “Dark Night” is the lead single from the album and available for free download.
